HVRHS CLASS OF 1959 SEMI-ANNUAL MINI-REUNION
It was a great early October day for classmates and friends to gather
and enjoy great memories with lots of laughs about the good old days.

The class gathers twice a year in the fall and spring to reconnect, renew, and

recapture lifelong friendships that mellow with age.

Also joining was Steve’s wife, Eileen, Richard’s wife, Marge, Marie’s husband, Ike, and
Jeanette’s daughter, Tracy. Dick and Joanne Gustafson were unable to attend, and
Mary Belter and Paul Cortesi, who always attend, had a last-minute change of plans as
well.

The Class of 1966 gathered at the Falls Village Inn on October 3, 2026, to celebrate their 60th class reunion, welcoming more than 60 attendees.

Recently, on September 18th and 19th, the class of ‘76 (AKA The Spirit of ‘76) celebrated its fiftieth reunion. Forty-two classmates , along with five teachers and many spouses, gathered at the Canaan Country Club for the reunion. The class also held pre-event activities on Friday, including a Golf Scramble and a gathering at the White Heart Inn. Saturday, many of us wound back the clock to attend a school tour. It was wonderful that so many could make it, and a warm thank you to all who attended and made the weekend one to remember.

Many HVRHS 1961 and 1962 Classmates joined together on the afternoon of September 19th at The Falls Village Inn’s patio to celebrate the Class of 1961’s 65th Graduation Anniversary. Approximately 40 classmates and guests attended the annual Luncheon Reunion where friendships were renewed as well as many memories were shared with lots of laughter filling the lovely September afternoon location.

Once again, we thank Sue Sweetapple, the Innkeeper at The Falls Village Inn

and her staff, for the delicious meals as well as their exceptional service.
